We’re excited to introduce the beta version of our new Room Inspections feature — a digital way to manage room condition checks, replacing paper-based forms with a smarter, more transparent workflow.

What’s New

  • Check-in & Check-out Inspections
    Record the condition of every room item — from beds and desks to curtains and lights — during student check-in or check-out.
    Both staff and students can review, add notes, and attach photos to ensure complete transparency.
  • Photo & Signature Capture
    Each inspection supports photo documentation and digital signatures, providing verifiable records for both parties.
  • Defect Tracking
    Log maintenance issues directly from inspection items, assign them to staff, and track their status through to resolution.
  • Final Assessments & Reports
    Management can run final room condition reviews, generate summary reports, and export data for internal records.
