What is new this week?

This week we are releasing with not only our fresh new landing page but also an improved journey for management users to manage their timesheets using our residence management software. Before now, timesheets could only be created and updated from the management dashboard. We have empowered students who are in leadership positions (e.g. subwardens) to log and manage their timesheets on our platform.

You can now sign-in with Microsoft

Hello, Serobe community! We're thrilled to share some exciting updates with you this May. Our team has been hard at work implementing enhancements and features to make your experience with Serobe even more seamless and productive. One of the biggest releases this year is the introduction of Sign in with Microsoft button. We've listened to your feedback and are excited to announce that you can now sign into Serobe using your Microsoft Account email. This addition streamlines the login process, offering you an alternative way to access your Serobe platform without the hassle of resetting or remembering another password. [Serobe sign in with Microsoft] Improvements • Added the ability to sign into Serobe using your  Microsoft Account email - this helps in the case where you do not want to reset or remember your Serobe platform password. • Added the ability for sub-wardens to manage timesheets assigned to them while also being able to add their own timesheets. • We increased the visibility of overnight visitors by adding a small data table on the management dashboard. This enhancement makes it easier for you to track and manage overnight stays, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. • You can now archive complaints and suggestions that you have seen or that have been resolved.   We're committed to continuously improving Serobe to meet your evolving needs and exceed your expectations. Platform Updates

We’ve been hard at work over the past few weeks, and we're excited to unveil several new features and improvements designed to enhance your experience with our platform. In addition to these updates, we've added new guides to help you seamlessly onboard and get the most out of our latest features. New Features: • Enhanced Table Design: Our revamped table interface now allows you to download specific rows, sort columns, and customize which columns to display or hide. • Comprehensive Register Tracking: You can now keep detailed logs of items signed out in student residences, including games, cleaning equipment, and more, directly through our management system. Bug Fixes: • Laundry Key Checkouts: Previously, you could only check out one key at a time. We’ve now streamlined this process to allow bulk checkouts of all available keys. • Table Pagination Improvement: We’ve resolved the issue with paging through maintenance request rows, so you can now navigate through requests without needing to reload the page. What’s Coming Up: • Visitor Management: We’re working on finalizing the visitor sign-in process and developing features to notify and remind students about their visitors.
